Three becomes two as Chelsea crash out of the FA Cup against giant killers Barnsley.

No cohesion, a lack of passion and the complete inability to string more than three passes together cost us dear against a side playing for their lives.

No doubt the analysis will continue long after this game is over, but what does it mean for Chelsea? Are the players or the management to blame? Is the whole thing a complete shambles or is it a hiccup with this competition collateral damage in the quest for the two we really want?
