Didier Drogba’s match-winning exploits for Chelsea against Arsenal helped him claim the top weekly score in The Actim Index, the official player ratings system of the Barclays Premier League.

After posting 36 points in a goalscoring display in the thrilling 4-4 draw at Tottenham, the Ivory Coast international netted twice from four shots on target and also contributed 16 passes and three crosses to post a season-high 49 points as Chelsea came from behind to beat title rivals Arsenal 2-1 at Stamford Bridge.

It was enough to move him 95 places to 121st in the Index with 230 points and he also took his place in the Team of the Week.

Chelsea have four players in the top 25 with Frank Lampard the highest-placed in 16th with 437 points, Nicolas Anelka (416) in 19th and Salomon Kalou (412) and Joe Cole (410) in 21st and 22nd place respectively.
