Perhaps "engine" is the wrong term. But Benayoun and Kuyt provide the same type of play for Liverpool that Park Ji-Sung does for United. Unselfish, tricky, and usually find themselves in good positions.

I think he's of more concern than Gerrard or Torres because you know what you're getting with them. It's a matter of who shows up to support them in attack that becomes the worry with Liverpool.

Mascherano is suspended for this game. And to say that "Benayoun that has provided the engine" is untrue. Yes, he's scored some important goals, and he's playing well at the moment, but he's hardly played enough games to be dubbed "Liverpools Engine".

What's Gus going to do? If Drogba's fit he'll play 1 up top with Anelka drifting in from the left. I'd prefer Kalou on the right but he'll play Malouda as he scored on Saturday. Essien could be vital over the two legs. Someone needs to crunch Gerrard.

Actually Drogba only had any success last year when Skrtel went off in the second-leg. The Slovakian had all the answers for him, particularly at Anfield. Luckily Martin's form has been a bit dodgy of late.
