As if the World Cup wasn’t enough action to keep you occupied during these quiet summer months, Premier League champions Chelsea FC will kick start preparations for the 2010/11 season with a series of away European fixtures against German Bundeslega sides Eintracht Frankfurt and Hamburg after taking on 29 times Dutch champions AFC Ajax. Tickets for the 2 German fixtures are available from the retrospective club’s websites whilst ticketing information for the Ajax fixture is yet to be announced on the clubs official website.
Additionally, the club will also play a warm up fixture against Championship side and city rivals Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park.
The dates for Chelsea’s Pre-Season fixtures are as follows:
Saturday 17th July Crystal Palace v Chelsea FC
Friday 23rd July AFC Ajax v Chelsea FC
Sunday August 1st Eintracht Frankfurt v Chelsea FC
