According to various reports in Italy, Chelsea scouts have been watching Paulo Dybala closely and have advised the hierarchy to make a move for the highly sought after forward this summer, in a deal that could reach £30 million.

The 21-year old is wanted by Arsenal also but Chelsea have emerged as favourites to land his signature. Dybala turns out for Palermo in the Serie A and is very highly rated amongst the experts, hence the interest from the Premier League.

Chelsea will probably lose Didier Drogba and Loic Remy at the end of the season so their will be a real need to add extra fire power up front, with the jury still being out on Patrick Bamford, who is currently out on loan.

Dybala is an Argentine youth International and is technically gifted, gathering comparisons to Sergio Aguero from his homeland with his capable finishing and ability to assist goals as well as score them.
