Good evening Blues and welcome to CFCnet’s transfer update, as we bring a close to this weekend and take a look at the latest potential arrivals and departures at Stamford Bridge this summer.

First up, we understand that Chelsea have confirmed their interest in German International defender Antonio Rudiger to his club Stuttgart.

The 22-year old highly rated Rudiger is wanted by a few clubs and reports are stating that Chelsea are about to make an offer.

He is a fantastic prospect and may well be seen as the one to replace captain John Terry in the long term.

Next up, a Fiorentina director has claimed that Inter Milan should be relegated for their approach and offer to Mohammed Salah! This is a strange old situation but one thing is clear is the fact we still don’t know whether Salah will be a Chelsea player next season but playing out on loan again, or joining a new club permanently.

Meanwhile, Arda Turan is on his way to meet his agent in order to discuss and move forward with his future. Chelsea are apparently favourites to sign the Turkish International from Atletico Madrid, but Barcelona are also interested.

The player himself was supposed to inform supporters of his decision Friday just passed, but this has not been the case as yet and the waiting continues…

Finally, as Chelsea did with the Radamel Falcao deal, it seems they are taking their time about officially revealing the signing of Asmir Begovic from Stoke. It’s apparent that every other publication has reported this as a done deal and all that’s left is for the £8 million deal to be officially announced, which will be this week apparently.

That’s it for now Blues, but remember to follow my Twitter here for the very latest @cfcneteditor
