Good afternoon Blues and welcome to CFCnet’s transfer news update, where we take a look at the latest potential arrivals and departures at Stamford Bridge this summer.

First off, Mohammed Salah has had his talks with on loan club Fiorentina and as a result he will be staying in the Serie A… but not with the same side!

Salah will possibly go to Inter Milan, who are offering more wages to the player. Fiorentina are considering legal action and Chelsea may have to reimburse some of the loan fee paid by the club, but are willing to allow Salah to go where he wishes.

Meanwhile, the Arda Turan saga is as confusing as ever. The main UK sources are seemingly split down the middle in this one, one minute we’re being told he is joining Barcelona and then another source will claim he is joining Chelsea. The only certain thing is that he will be leaving Atletico Madrid this summer for either Barcelona, Chelsea or Manchester United.

The latest? Well, Mundo Deportivo the Spanish publication have said that Barcelona board of directors want their to be a new president in place at the club before making any decisions on new signings. Therefore this could open up the advances of Chelsea or Manchester United.

I am still being told however, that there is no way that Turan will be joining Chelsea, so I’d be surprised if this went through.

Finally, Antonio Rudiger has been mentioned on a few occasions this summer and it appears that this story is gathering pace.

According to Bild, both Chelsea and Wolfsburg are interested in signing the Stuttgart defender claims the players agent. It is the German side who have allegedly agreed personal terms with Rudiger but not yet a fee, which could still leave the door open for Chelsea to wade in with an offer.

One to keep a close eye on for sure.
