Good Morning Blues and welcome to Tuesday mornings transfer news update from CFCnet, where we take a look at the potential arrivals, departures and done deals at Stamford Bridge this summer.

First up – it is expected that Juan Cuadrado will today seal his move to Juventus and was spotted leaving Heathrow Airport last night. The Colombian is expected to attend a medical with the Serie A side today ahead of his season long loan move.

Next up, Chelsea’s interest in Paul Pogba is real alright. What started off as rumours and was met by sceptical supporters, has grown in stature and made supporters actually feel that Pogba to Chelsea may happen.

The latest is that Jose Mourinho has asked for the green light to offer the £70 million wanted by Juventus in order to negotiate and the Russian owner has accepted the plea.

There is still thoughts that Ramires will be included in the deal to bring the fee down and some kind of arrangement may be in place for the Cuadrado deal as well.

One thing for sure is that there are many solid sources now reporting this move and Chelsea are expected to go all out to make it happen.

Finally, with the John Stones saga at a stand still – could Chelsea be looking at other options? It appears that they might be reiterating their pursuit of Real Madrid defender Raphael Varane – who is actually many supporters preferred choice.

Sources aren’t as strong on this one but it hasn’t be ruled out. Varane may be swayed by guaranteed first team football that Chelsea will offer, with him currently fighting for his starting place at Madrid with Pepe and Sergio Ramos who have both just signed new deals.

It is certainly one to keep a watch on as Chelsea will sign a defender before the window closes, and with Everton holding firm on Stones – there are other options being explored for sure.
