Good Morning Blues and welcome to Friday’s Transfer Centre from CFCnet, where we take a look at the latest Chelsea transfer rumours and reports surrounding the club during the January Window.

The latest stories to surface were regarding Eden Hazard leaving once again, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain being a potential replacement and this quickly being diffused as ‘rubbish’ by Arsenal Manager Arsene Wenger.

This story has surfaced from The Sun, so of course nobody was reading too much in to this, they also said that Manchester United are in the frame for Eden Hazard and are readying a £65 million offer. Once again, absolute rubbish!

Chelsea had been interested in England International Oxlade-Chamberlain before and their is certainly substance to that, but Wenger will refuse to sell I am also sure of that.

Perhaps a more realistic rumour is the news that Radamel Falcao has flown back to Monaco and is set to terminate his Chelsea loan within the new few days, this according to Talksport.

The Colombian striker has had a torrid time in England struggling to recapture any kind of form that once made him one of the best in world football along with injuries. It looks like he is ready to quit The Premier League and end this nightmare.

Chelsea will certainly need a replacement though and if you believe The Star, who actually quote sources from Italy, that man will be Ezequiel Lavezzi from Paris Saint-Germain. Although this source doesn’t have a good reputation with rumours, there could actually be some substance here.

Chelsea will possibly be looking for a high quality quick fix and when you take in to account that Lavezzi’s contract ends in the summer with PSG, so to avoid letting him go for free, they may well take a bit of money right now for the Argentine, who has supposedly got his representatives meeting Chelsea as we speak.

They other thing is his experience as well as his versatility to be able to play in most of the attacking positions, despite him being 30 years of age and in Chelsea’s rules will only get offered a one year deal.

Certainly one to keep an eye on. That’s it for now blues but don’t forget to follow my Twitter here for the very latest Chelsea news -> @cfcneteditor
