Good evening Blues and welcome to Transfer Centre from CFCnet, where we take a look at the latest Chelsea transfer rumours during this window.

First up, according to The Metro

Chelsea face the possibility of being placed under a transfer embargo after it emerged that Bertrand Traore played for the Blues’ under-18s side when aged 16, in an apparent breach of Fifa regulations.

The Burkina Faso international agreed to join Chelsea from French club Auxerre in 2010 but the 20-year-old only officially signed for the Blues in 2014.

Fifa rules prohibit the international transfer of a minor – an under-18 – with Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid handed transfer embargoes earlier this month for the next two complete windows after breaching the regulations.

Finally, it is all but officially been announced that Chelsea have signed Brazilian International forward Alexandre Pato from Corinthians as admitted by the clubs president today.

The former AC Milan man will join on a six month loan with an option to buy in the summer, confirming the rumours of the past couple of days.
