Another day of the transfer window brings more uncertainty and confusion as the cut throat business of transfer deals continue to surprise supporters during silly season.

Everton are set to reject and intentions from Chelsea to bring back striker Romelu Lukaku, with their Manager Ronald Koeman said to be upset by Chelsea’s interest unsettling the Belgium International.

I firmly believe that this situation seems so desperate on Chelsea’s side because Diego Costa has expressed a desire to leave, without demanding it. So Chelsea although keen to keep Costa, would allow him to leave should they find a suitable replacement first. With the Alvaro Morata pursuit failing and now Lukaku as well, Costa is set to stay at Stamford Bridge for the immediate future. It concerns me however that he is still unsettled here in the UK and misses his homeland.

Meanwhile, there has been no official word from anyone regarding the future of midfielder Oscar, who looks set to join Inter for a fee of around £30 million. The Brazilian put up a picture on Twitter today waving at Chelsea supporters, which of course fuelled that it was a goodbye picture. Be sure to keep an eye on this one in the next few days.
