14 years ago Chelsea secured a Premier League title under Jose Mourinho, with the away kit then being a light blue number.
The new Chelsea 20-21 away kit leaked via Footy Headlines, is said to be of a ‘cobalt’ blue, lateral stripes and navy looking edges makes up the design of what is a smart looking strip ahead of next season.
A v-collar design and text saying ‘The Pride of London’ completes the look. The shorts are in the same light-blue, and socks are a dark navy.
Of course Chelsea fans will be split on the new design by Nike, but there’s no doubt it’s a clean looking shirt that will hopefully be featured in next season’s Champions League under the guidance of manager Frank Lampard.
