Chelsea have drawn Slavia Prague in the Europa League quarter final – the Czech side surprisingly knocked out Sevilla in final 16, and will arguably be the tie that most Blues fans would have hoped for in this draw.
The first leg of the Europa League quarter final will take place at the Eden Aréna in Prague on the 11th April, with the second leg taking place on the 18th April at Stamford Bridge.

As for the semi-final, should Chelsea progress past Slavia Prague, their semi-final opponents will either be Portuguese side Benfica or German side Eintracht Frankfurt – Chelsea will again start as the away team in the semi-final first leg.
Chelsea demolished their last 16 opponents Dynamo Kiev 8-0 on aggregate, with Olivier Giroud scoring a memorable hat-trick in Thursday night’s 5-0 away victory in the Ukraine.
With the battle for the top four in the Premier League likely to go down to the wire, no doubt Maurizio Sarri will be targeting getting into the Champions League next season by winning this season’s Europa League. With teams such as Inter Milan and Sevilla getting eliminated yesterday, the Blues will feel confident of progressing through the quarter-final and semi-final.
