Chelsea are facing another battle off the pitch, according to the Express, as news coming out of Italy is that arch-city rivals Inter Milan and AC Milan have targeted Blues winger Pedro.

Pedro is another whose contract runs down in 2020, and the 31-year old may decide to go where he is considered a first team regular, with Maurizio Sarri selecting the Spaniard more often than not from the bench.

Despite being a rotational player with Willian in the wide area of attack, Pedro has scored nine goals and assisted three in all competitions this season.

AC Milan’s sporting director Leonardo is reportedly a big fan of Pedro and will be keen to test Chelsea’s resolve this summer, but rivals Inter are also in the running should the Spaniard indicate his intention to move elsewhere.

Pedro has achieved pretty good success since moving to Chelsea, winning the Premier League title in 2017 and the FA Cup in 2018.

The Europa League is still a possibility at the end of this season and that would add to an already glistening winners medals collection – three Champions Leagues, a World Cup, five La Liga titles and many more, with former club Barcelona.
