Chelsea’s fringe players are very much the topic of discussion today as the transfer windows across Europe slam shut until January, and a report in France has been linking striker Michy Batshuayi to a late move away.
Belgian club Anderlecht are rumoured to be the next destination for the Blues striker, however it appears directly from the striker himself, that there’s no chance of such a move;

Michy Batshuayi responded to the article link via Twitter with an edited image of himself giving a gesture ‘reply’ to the transfer rumour.
The striker has yet to feature in Frank Lampard’s first XI this season, seemingly behind both Tammy Abraham and Olivier Giroud, so it’s been expected that the Belgian international would leave today, at least on-loan, to get regular game-time.
Michy Batshuayi played for Anderlecht at youth level, but started his professional career at rivals Standard Liege, making nearly 100 appearances – moving on to Marseille, Chelsea and loan spells at Dortmund, Valencia and Crystal Palace.
