Chelsea made the shortest away trip of the season this afternoon and disappointingly drew with Fulham.
The Blue went down to an early Clint Dempsey goal. Simon Davies swung over a free-kick, Dempsey had time to control at the far post and with his back to goal, divert the ball past Cech.
On 50 minutes Joe Cole sent a ball into the Fulham box whilst Aaron Hughes and Schwarzer the ball fell for Frank Lampard to poke into the net.
In the 72nd minute Chelsea took the lead when Andrew Johnson fouled Deco and Lampard struck the free-kick low from 30 yards into the bottom left-hand corner of the goal.
In the last minute of normal time Chelsea conceded a corner. Simon Davies swung over a corner from the right and Dempsey scored his second by thumping his header past Cech.
