It would appear that on Thursday afternoon, Fiorentina winger Juan Cuadrado is about to complete his dream move to Stamford Bridge, according to many respectable sources.
The Guardian state that Jose Mourinho is prepared to meet the buyout clause for the Colombian World Cup star of around £26 million. Further sources state that there is all but personal terms to be agreed between the player and the Club, and that the move is likely to go through before the weekend.
Mourinho seems to be spurred on by the likelihood that top goal-scorer Diego Costa will be out after being charged by the FA for violent conduct. Chelsea are contesting this and depending on the outcome, could well bring in more players before the window ends next week to cover.
