According to The Daily Mirror, both Chelsea and Manchester United are interested in Southampton and England International Nathaniel Clyne.

The 23-year-old full back has continued to impress for The Saints this season and is attracting interest from many clubs. It is expected that a fee of around £15-£20 million might be enough to prize him away.

Clyne’s current deal runs out in 2016 and is apparently being watched by Chelsea as they attempt to increase their home grown player ratio. United meanwhile are on the lookout for a top quality right back as Louis Van Gaal looks to rebuild his squad this summer and bring in a number of high class players in an attempt to get back to title challengers.

Southampton will be keen to keep hold of the England man and will be preparing a new contract offer this summer to persuade him to stay. However, it is thought that Clyne will be tempted by a move to Chelsea or United and will want to assess any options before making his decision.
