Chelsea could play a pivotal part in the title mix this Sunday away at the Etihad against Manchester City, and will lean on the confidence of the 2-0 victory back in December at Stamford Bridge.
CFCnet’s predicted Chelsea line up vs Man City is set to be almost identical from the one that won last weekend at home against Huddersfield. The two well taken goals by Gonzalo Higuain were a timely boost for the Blues, after the club’s frustrations finding a regular goalscorer – the hope will be that Higuain can go on a scoring run, continuing at Man City.
The major question is, does Andreas Christensen start again? Antonio Rudiger is expected to slot back into the Chelsea starting XI, with the Dane dropping back to the bench, however a clean-sheet 5-0 win last week could see Christensen once again get the nod.
Maurizio Sarri will hope that Eden Hazard and Gonzalo Higuain can once again show glimpses of what they can do together and put City to the sword for a league double – it would be the first time since 16/17.

How Chelsea Could Line Up Against Man City

Goalkeeper: Kepa Arrizabalaga
Defence: Cesar Azpilicueta, Antonio Rudiger, David Luiz, Marcos Alonso
Midfield: Jorginho, Mateo Kovacic, N’Golo Kante
Attack: Willian, Eden Hazard, Gonzalo Higuain
