Good evening Blues and welcome to Deadline Day Transfer Centre from CFCnet, where we take a look at any potential last minute transfers at Stamford Bridge.
All appears quiet on the buying front as Chelsea seem content with the two new signings being confirmed in the last few days in the shape of Alexandre Pato and Matt Miazga.
One name who was still in the frame today is Saido Berahino, but he appears to be going nowhere right now as his club confirm that they have not received their asking price for the young striker.
It is unclear whether Chelsea had made any serious attempts to sign Berahino but he was certainly one name they were looking at.
Finally, both Radamel Falcao and Loic Remy are keen to get out of their current situations and search for first team football and there is some final talk that deals could be struck for one of these or maybe even both, with the latter being hugely unlikely.
Or is it? We saw Bertrand Traore used as a striker with great success at the weekend, scoring his first goal for the club. We all know Guus Hiddink believes he can play down the middle as well and convinced Roman Abramovich to watch him there in a recent your match.
So could Traore be used as one of the main strikers in the first team squad? It seems likely.
So this could allow for both Remy, who is wanted on loan by Leicester City and Falcao, which could be a lot more complicated, leave the club during these last few hours.
Thats it for now blues but follow me here and I will be tweeting anything we find out within the last few hours of this window @cfcneteditor
