Good morning and welcome to a very wet and humid CFCnet towers on Saturday, as we take a look at the very latest potential arrivals and departures at Stamford Bridge this summer transfer window.

First up, some news (no news) on Radamel Falcao. Some reports have come through that Liverpool are also to make a move for the Monaco striker from various press sources. Personally, I believe this deal is already all but complete and Falcao will be a Chelsea player next season. Purely a case of slow news reports I feel.

Meanwhile, we could be seeing exits for at least three Chelsea players and these names won’t surprise you.

Apparently Oscar is now in talks about a move to Juventus, this has been brewing all summer and may well have some solid pace gathering behind it now, more than just a rumour. I can see this deal happening, to fund other arrivals.

As well as I can see midfielder John Obi Mikel leaving, reports suggest that he is wanted by Fenerbache and he most certainly could leave. He’s at a stage in his career where he will be weighing up other options as he just cannot seem to nail down a regular slot in that Chelsea side, and as long as Nemanja Matic is there, this will continue. First team football is a must at Mikel’s point in career and I feel this is what he’ll now be searching for. More vital funds raised by the club, who are looking to bring in at least three new players this summer.

This could well make room for Alex Song, who could be available for £6 million which will interest Jose Mourinho as a cheap backup option if Mikel does leave. This is a player who has been talked about a lot with a move to Chelsea, and the Barcelona man is keen to stay in London after a spell on loan at West Ham last season.

Finally, Loic Remy is apparently looking at his options and the realistic future of sitting another season on the bench at Stamford Bridge. West Ham want to sign the French striker although I feel Mourinho will want to keep Remy, due to his versatility and ability to score important goals.
